Spera Law is the first legal counsel my company has hired. I found it to be a convenient, positive, and productive experience. The engagement was a reasonably priced subscription to Andrew and his team's legal work. I had access to as much legal advice as I needed. They also helped me develop critical areas of my business from a legal perspective. One thing I love about Spera Law is their clear communication, often recording short videos to explain deliverables. They leverage a lot of technology to streamline their processes and make their work more consumable. I plan to hire these folks again when I'm ready to develop the next phase of my business. He took the time to listen to the idea of the business I was interested in starting, but also allowed me the opportunity to explain my personal reasons as well. Then there was Vincent, who again took the time to listen to what my thoughts were and where I wanted to go. He allowed me the opportunity to express myself, while also speaking to me as a person instead of someone with a law degree.
