Mr Spiegel represented my father in a major accident back in the early 90s. So when my daughter had an accident at 3 years old, which could lead to potential long term effects on her growth and development, Mr Spiegel was the only attorney we were confident in representing us. Needless to say, despite some hold-ups due to Covid, I am beyond happy with the level of communication and assistance the entire team at Spiegel & Barbato provided my family. There were some challenges due to my family's relocation out of state, however the legal team worked with us to get things as virtual as possible and to minimize the amount of time we would have to spend traveling back and forth. In these situations there are always give and takes. It's the nature of the legal system and mediation. However I am extremely satisfied with the results of our case and thankful to have had Spiegel & Barbatos representing us.
