One of the scariest moments in a normal persons life to need to have a defense attorney. It’s truly one of those moments no one knows what to do. Stacie is extremely unusual among attorneys and people in general in that she fights like hell, and cares greatly for people! I can’t think of a better person to have chosen to represent me. Stacey was hired on retainer but now that she is needed in a jursdication that is an HR away she can't do her job. She was paid up front 2500 and whenever my ex spoke with her she told him she would take his case, she was trying to get him to pay her more money while he was incarcerated but Greene County never gave him the mail. My ex thought Stacey was the truth she's trash. I called the jursdication and she's never taken the case but keeps lying to him because he's incarcerated. I called her office and her assistant said I was rude and I was asking questions because before the assistant even received my ex's name she told me Stacey wasn't hired for that jurisdiction. Stacey called me and tried to talk crazy and told me I was rude, and her tone changed from a lawyer to a ratchet I politely told her she sounded rude and control her tone. When she said I started I hung up on her, I'm not arguing with no one let me file this fee complaint and a mediator can do the rest. These lawyers take your money and don't do any work. When her secretary told me that she never received any of his letters back that they mailed to him in Greene county and my ex was not allowed to make calls nor get any mail even though he wasn't in the hole he was dope sick Stacey should of went to the courts and protested that they are breaking his civil rights she's a terrible lawyer

Devastated, I approached this office, explained my situation, and remarked I knew I was dead meat on a felony charge but was hoping for the best deal reachable. They advised not to assume the worst; while nothing could be guaranteed they would fight for me. Well, they did…. and achieved an incredibly favorable result. Stacie didn’t do what most lawyers do: take your money and shoot for a quick deal. Rather, Stacie actually scrutinized the evidence and attacked the prosecutor’s case. Stacie is a fighter.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional attorney I've ever met! I gave her over 7000.00 to represent me and she went to court, sucked up to the judge, didn't defend me AT ALL, and told me I deserved to be in the position I was in!!! I fired her......on the spot..... Asked for an itemized list of expenses and a refund and she is ghost....no refund....no statement....I'm reporting her....

Haven't gotten a response to my email yet. Will change if I ever hear from her.
