Very disappointed with the level of service. The website states that it is possible to consult with Dmitry (I immediately noted that I was ready to pay for the consultation). However, in reality, I was not listened to and was redirected to other lawyers. When I tried to clarify the reason, they simply hung up the phone. I consider this behavior unprofessional and unethical for an attorney. A client who reaches out with a problem should at the very least be heard. If the attorney shows indifference at the very first step, how can a future client be confident that he will truly fight for them? I absolutely cannot recommend.
