This review reflects my personal experience with this law firm during the most tragic time of my life. In court, I understood that my children would receive therapy immediately after I surrendered my parental rights. That understanding was a major reason I agreed to something so painful. But when the order was finalized, the therapy I believed would be included was not there. Instead, the order functioned more like a protective or restrictive order, which left me completely cut off. Less than two months later, my son Jonathan Arehart passed away. I was not notified. I found out THREE days later through Facebook, which is a trauma I will never forget. After learning of his death, I did everything I could to say goodbye to my child. I personally asked for permission to attend the funeral or at least have a brief moment alone with him. Legal aid contacted them on my behalf. Even the police reached out. From my experience, every request was rejected. I never got to say goodbye to my own son. Nothing can describe the pain of losing a child, but being shut out of the funeral and learning of his death days later made the grief even worse. I also felt devastated knowing that the therapy I believed my children would receive was never put into the order. I am sharing this review so that other parents know to get everything clearly written and confirmed before making life-changing decisions. Mr. Stagg is an excellent lawyer. I helped me get full custody of my daughter. He knows the law well and is straight forward and firm. I have delt with lawyers that would let the judge or opposing council run all over them. Mr. Stagg is the opposite of this, he advocated for me and helped me during a very difficult time. I would recommend his services to anyone that is in need of a lawyer that will take charge. Like others have said trust the process he knows exactly what he is doing. His staff was also very friendly and easy to deal with.

I've just started working with attorney stag and so far I am feeling like I have put myself into good hands he has been very understanding of my situation and allowing me to be able to get him paid in a couple installments before I go to trial or whatever happens but I think that I will have a good outcome he seems to be a very professional lawyer and he comes highly recommended.

Im honestly just adding the third star in because my case managed to get dropped and i will always be thankful for that. I wont reveal too much info but during the initial consultation he took it upon himself to yell and raise his voice at me in front of my mother and girlfriend about why i shouldnt be in his office to begin with. also this was my first offense so I was well aware and havent been or reoofended but once for other reasons. and then proceeded to calm down and read over my case. He didnt contact me at all one time during the entire 3 month process that involved 2 court dates , the second being the first one that was pusehd back, and he showed up late to both hearings when the courtroom was already full and people had already met with their lawyers. I appreciate his legal help but i will not be consulting him again if i ever found myself in need of legal help again.

This is the absolute worst law firm (or people in general) I’ve ever done business with. My mother went through her entire divorce proceeding without hearing from Mr. Stagg a single time. Spent $6k and received nothing, ended up having to communicate with the opposing lawyer for any information. Terrible lawyer, terrible service in his office. Terrible all around, waste your money elsewhere.
