Referred to me by the state bar, called me back following day but was terrible in communication, sounded like he had like 10 cups of coffee and didn't care to hear my situation, with in 1min of our conversation he was asking me bizarre questions and telling me it sounds like something he doesn't do before even listening to me. My daughter was wronged by a corrupted doctor and had her 1 year old daughter, my grand daughter kicked from the facility. I cannot possibly put into words the gratitude that my family and I have for Mr. Stanke. My mom was diagnosed and ultimately passed away from a rare form of cancer. During her short battle we had to go through the added stress of dealing with her insurance company that was being anything but ethical. After her passing it was time to deal with the insurance company and we were fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Stanke. Sam listened not only to us but hours of conversations between me and the insurance company. He researched case law, and inevitably fought for two years on our behalf.
