We have use this law firm for a couple of property closing, their communication was very helpful and effective and Stan assisted at closing with getting us a credit after we did the walk through. Would recommend.

What a Joke! we’re in the middle of selling a house and we’re getting scammed by our realtor for lots of money. This office did nothing to try to help us… except try to force us into the sale and give the realtor the money. Money he didn’t deserve or earn, We have a contract and video evidence the work wasn’t done to the house, Only to be told we have to continue with the transaction and let the realtor rip us off and then deal with trying to get our money back later, Instead this office dropped us as a client and said we were being difficult Because we asked too many questions And used up too much of their time, we were just trying to avoid getting ripped off by a realtor, only a few days before closing! Shameful, I do NOT recommend this law firm to anyone.

Worst lawyer I have ever used. They forgot to give me credit for my $500 deposit. They forgot to give me credit for waste fees from the city of Albany. Finally they said they would send me a check. They said they sent it to the wrong address. Refused to issue me a new check even though it was their fault they sent it to the wrong address. They said it's their policy to wait for the check to to be returned to them . Frustrating!. The woman I spoke to with was extremely rude. Now I will have to take them to small claims and make a formal complaint with the office of professional discipline.

My closing was delayed due to the title work being incomplete. The person working on the title claimed they had difficulty locating necessary documents, however every single document in the title that he prepared was available on the public access county website. I had printed all of the documents already, to keep in my own records. They have also not returned the excess funds in my tax account even though I have contacted them several times. Do not use this law firm.

Literally every aspect of my house closing was a mess due to the incompetence of this law firm. They also take local taxes into an escrow account, did not pay the taxes until the last minute and have not returned the excess funds in the account. I have contacted them repeatedly, and I am very irritated that my realtor recommended this abysmal company.

Closed on my house 9/30/17, I wish I had read this firms reviews prior to hiring them. Very unorganized, attorney does not read his emails, shows up late at closing. Figures were incorrect on the closing costs sheets.

This company was used to sell my condo. They did not have any information on my association fees at the time of the sale. To facilitate the sale I provided a $500 deposit to cover any outstanding fees with the understanding they would verify the HOA balance and return my deposit once they confirmed the account was in credit. That was 13 months ago they have not returned my deposit and will not respond to my emails. I do not recommend you use this company.
