If only we could give NEGATIVE stars!! Look at all his "family members" or whoever giving him 5 stars what a joke. Rex Redlingshafer SR (yes beware there is a JR too) is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever come into contact with. TERRIBLE person. Avoid him and Parkville Place Apartments at all cost!!

Rex. Rex is the worse. He strongholds people with his legal knowledge into settling. This guy had no moral character and you should not be "sweet talked" into a deal with him. He will swindle you.

I inquired about some legal help on behalf of a friend of mines in dire need of housing, who's tryn to get an eviction removed off her record that the llandlord really falsely evicted her of an becuz of this, the voucher got terminated from Olathe housing for failure to communicate on their behalfs around the pandemic so basically she's homeless...a good person wit sum bad breaks they should be more then willn to help...but noone thus far has gotten back to me promptly. I only gave it two stars for now becuz of this but if I get good results on the outcome of her particular case, the stars will change!... thanks...
