I was trying to reopen an L&I claim, I spoke to Robert for the interview about June 20th he was a little sarcastic as he was listening to me explaining my claim, I never hear back from him after that, I call his office a bunch of times just to hear that he was not there or he was busy, on August 13th after almost two months his assistant call me just to tell me that he said he was not able to take my claim due to complexities and he already have to many on his hands, I miss the deadline time to reopen my claim just because he was not professional enough to let me know on time or it could it be just bad luck.
