Erin should be a car salesperson. She does a lot of promising but no delivering. She couldn’t even get an invoice to me. Like I just had all this time to just sit around waiting for her, while my situation escalated. Thanks for nothing! Oh, they will push a Living Will and POA on you too, which I was okay with BUT focus on my legal issue first. Disorganized and I do not recommend them.

Worst decision ive made by going with Kelli. Completely unprofessional. She offers zero communication

I want to preface my review by stating my case is low-level. Although, even low-level cases should not be handled in the way my case was. I have worked with Kelli for almost two years since she was at Jason R Carpenter. She is unprofessional and has poor communication skills. Starting chronologically; Kelli came to my preliminary hearing wearing UGGs and said she was not getting dressed up for a preliminary hearing. When she changed law offices I was never emailed, called and/or notified in any way. When I sent my ARD completion to her previous email, her email was no longer in service. I personally had to track down her new practice to finish my case. She replied saying she saw that I called the old number and that they sent out a few emails regarding their new contact information... then she asked what she can help me with...WHAT?! I did not call, I emailed - and it bounced because it was not in service. Ultimately, I never received new contact information during her transition. This told me that Kelli was just ignorant overall my to my situation. My final year working with Kelli she would not respond to emails. Our communication required me to send an initial email, follow up in one-two weeks, then receive an answer a month from my original email. I currently have an email I sent on 3/10/23 and she has still not responded. Lastly, the ugly. I was privileged enough to receive ARD and have my record expunged. When I completed ARD, I emailed Kelli my competition documents and inquired if additional payments were required to expunge my record. Kelli informed me would be no other requirements as long as you are all paid up. Also adding that she was pretty sure County includes it, but she wanted to double check. I never heard from her, I followed up twice on her email, still received radio silence. Then I received a $1300 bill via text stating I have been being charged the entire time for the expungement process! I reached out and explained the situation only to find confusion throughout the team. After another month of trying to get ahold of Kelli to discuss the unexpected charges, she stated she would take off $250, taking my bill to $750. These are two completely different amounts. In Kelli's email she provided no explanation, documentation or contract that defined her method of billing or scope of work. To sum up the entirety of the situation, what I needed to get done, did in fact get done. But sometimes doing the bare minimum isn’t enough. She was unprofessional, ignorant to my situation, unresponsive, and misleading. If it wasn’t for Amy Sunday’s effective communication and willingness to resolve my issue, I would have given a one star. This will most likely be responded to by trying to defend the unexpected bill or unresponsiveness by blaming me, but professionally there is no excuse. Situations like these start from the top down with management and can be completely avoided with effective communication. Seeing all the five stars gives me hope that my case was an outlier and most client's cases are not treated like mine.

Had an amazing lawyer attorney Kelli who expedited my ARD case and got me registered and discharged. Thank you Statt Law!

While going through a horrendous custody battle in 2021, I retained Kelli Statt while she was still at Jason R Carpenter. She did me such a service that I've recently retained her again and would again if I needed her a third time! Her knowledge of the law and her fiery wit made her an instant choice. She tells it like it is and holds nothing back. I paid a lot more than some reviews stated but when it comes to your child, no amount is to great. Especially if you've hired a seasoned, reputable, pitbull attorney like Kelli. Your fight becomes her fight.

My friend Used Carpenter for her divorce. In a two year period she was charged $6000 for their service. My friend was then notified by carpenter that her lawyer was fired for billing clients for services he never performed. And Statt took over her case. Was assured a quick resolution to her case. Only to be told by email 5 months later she was being dropped as a client from Statt. This was in 2022. Ending business between her and Statt law. March 30th 2023 .My friend received an email stating she owes Statt law $439 for motions made in March 2023. After the fact she dropped as a client. If this doesn't reek of theft of Services I don't what is. At this point it's time to file a formal complaint wis the PA State Bar Association for unethical practices.

Kelly is an amazing attorney. She went above and beyond for me. She treated my case like it was her only case. My fight was her fight. There is no one else like her. I spent over a year in a custody battle and if it was not for Kelly I probably would have lost my mind. Consider yourself lucky if you have her as your attorney.

Statt Law tenaciously defends their clients. If you need an attorney, this is the Law firm you want!

Have to give a star to leave a review ..otherwise there'd not be one. Why is this law firm tied with carpenter law a few months ago and was deemed and written and notice given to clients, to be one in the same ..and carpenter law is now closed since the supreme court decision and this LLC firm is in its space location and has been operating as such , but attorney statt was an associate to carpenter at and under carpenter law associates who has perpetrated the same acts he has, so the question is, as to why hes been suspened by the state and yet attorney statt is still able to practice in her corrupt ways under radar nor any repremand for her parts while under the carpenter law name .. when contacting this place they state no ties ever to carpenter law other than the building space use.. this is simply untrue . Do your research folks before you put your important matters in the hands of this firm. Do Bettter.. theres plenty of options to ..
