One thing I noticed is that if the case doesn't peak their interest then they don't care to talk to that customer. They'll wait a bit, then have their assistant try to send you else where. Not even having the decency to even speak nor listen to what the person might have to say. With that being said, the only reason why I gave them a 3. Is because of the assistant they have, that I spoke to over the phone. She had some decency to at least hear a lil on the situation. But, I would never ever again reach out to this place! I know they probably won't care, but by how they manage just a simple tasked, which is to talk to most customers. They shows me how much they'll care when representing me, if I had them working on my case. I wish them the best..
