$400 for a consultation to find out what the real cost would be, is what I was quoted as a potentially returning client - after spending $30,000+ with the firm on a custody case 10 years ago that resulted in a rather lackluster agreement. It even took another 9 years after the case was settled to get my child's name legally changed - the firm stated it would be an extra cost to have them complete this portion of the work and I wasn't paying the surprise cost. Personally, I would at least get other opinions before settling with this firm.

They don't return phone calls. Don't waste your time.

Divorce was one of the hardest thing I've ever been through, but Abbey, my attorney, and Melody, my paralegal, made it a little easier. Abbey is an amazing attorney – she's smart, tough, and really knows her stuff. Melody was always there to answer my questions and help keep things moving along. This is David writing this post. Jennifer Moore was referred to us by a family friend. I was in need of getting legal documents in place for my aging parents. We started we a phone consultation. I knew from that interaction we needed to meet Jennifer. We set up a meeting and from her first spoken words she had our attention. Jennifer put us at ease with a trust that was created to safeguard assets from the medical system. Even though we needed 5 years for this to happen, I knew this is what my parents would want. My son and I met with Paul and he was so kind, related to us, reassured me everything would be fine and didn't judge at all. He spoke to me as a parent and he went above and beyond what he had to do to help us even prior to retaining him if we decided or needed to. Such a great person and would highly recommend!!!!

Scheduled a consultation with Morgan Lyles on 09/20/23. Met with Morgan as scheduled and she requested additional documentation which was sent the next day on 09/21/23. On 10/4/23 I reached out for an update, received no response. I reached out again on 10/16/23, again no response. I called the office on 11/07/23 and spoke with Morgan and was told a summary with options would be sent that day. Evening of 11/08/23 I emailed again, on 11/10/23 we received a summary of options email. In said email names were wrong, topics we inquired about were not included- and attorney advised we speak to the opposing party. During the original meeting it was explained to Morgan that the opposing party was hostile, and we did not feel safe speaking to them. We spent $250 on a consultation fee, to wait 7 weeks for a summary with incorrect information that was advising us into a position we did not feel safe in. Very disappointed based on the reviews we had read. Do not waste your money, find an attorney who listens and wants to help!
