The absolute worst! Run, don’t walk to any other personal injury firm than these people. It took them 2 years to settle a car accident claim where I was rear-ended, car totaled and the settlement amount was miniscule. The case was not handled by an actual attorney and instead was handled by someone who apparently was a legal secretary! This is after the original case manager disappeared off the case without explanation. Calls go unanswered, emails go unanswered, and they make all sorts of excuses - they’re understaffed, multiple medical leaves, they have modified hours on Fridays, etc. Then, when it came time to send me the settlement check, it has taken over 4 weeks (and counting at the writing of this review) for me to get a check in hand. After all the bad press from the Tom Gerardi revelations and the state bar crackdowns, you would think that they would take more seriously the need to release client settlement funds as soon as possible. If I could give this firm less than zero I would!

If an unresponsive, unethical, and self serving law firm is what you’re looking for, you’ve found the correct place. Just a complete disaster from start to finish, communication is a major problem as the entire staff refuses to return calls, it seems like everyone is having surgeries that are excuses for missed filings or lapse of follow through, and they’ll find way to charge you unethical rates. They “borrowed” $1000 to pay costs and charged me an additional $500 of interest for their loan. They could have just asked me to pay instead of taking a loan. They do not have your best interest at heart and I would stay far far away.

From start to finish, they handled my case like Allstars. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you 🙏 for everything and thank you for getting us the max payout for our case.

I would give zero stars if I could for terrible service and communication. I am now looking for a new law firm as with this firm it has been 6 months with no communication and numerous run-arounds after repeated attempts to contact Peter Steinberg. Ruth was terrible, the office assistants can only relay a message. This was the worst experience and I do not recommend.

Within 48 hours of my my, I had a case manager in my living room working my case. I never had a problem reaching anyone in the office. I had direct lines to every person working my car, throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Service Is Horrible I Was Ran Over By A Car And Suffer From A C6 Vertebrea Burst Fracture Now I Have Metal Rod In Neck So I Hired Them And Never Had Contact With My Attorney Only Case Manager Celica Ishii Who When Asked To Update Me On Case Status Can't Even Give Me Any Info So I Ask To Speak To Supervisor And Was Told Call In Morning So I Wait Till The Next Day To Call Just To Be Told He At Lunch So I Waited A Hour N Called Back And Was Told He Went Home Call Again Tomorrow So Now I'm Regretting To Even Let Them Represent Me Also They Have A Group Of Dr They Can Send Me Too But They Choose For Me Find My Own I'm Barely 22 And They Treat Me With Absolute Ignorance !
