Friendly and helpful

I was a student studying abroad by myself. I had a first car accident ever in my life, and I didn't know what to do at all. Because my parents were back in my home country, I had no one to help. I didn't have a phone, but it was a busy time of the semester, so I couldn't keep asking my friend to borrow her phone. I tried to find someone who can communicate with me only through email. I found this company and got help from Ms. Steinkemper. Because I had lots of exams going on and had to stay up late every night, I didn't have time to take care of the car accident. Thankfully, Ms. Steinkemper took care of all the documents needed, and whenever I had questions about the accident, she replied to me on time. What I had to do was explaining the situation to her, sending the bills, and signing a contract. Thanks to her, I could entirely focus on my academics and finish my semester without any problem. Also, I was able to get more than twice the compensation that the driver's insurance company suggested to me when I contacted them directly. I think she spoke for me well and got a reasonable compensation for me. I was really satisfied with this company, and I've been highly recommending the company to other students, especially international students whose parents are not here to help. Thank you again, Ms. Steinkemper, for reaching me out for help. I was one of the worst experience ever for me to have an accident, but I could go through it with your help.

Highly enjoyed working with Jake. Former baseball player and explained things very well. We won our case, he undersold and over delivered. Jake is smart, funny and clever. His point of view makes him the best work comp lawyer I've ever spoken with. Would definitely use him again, hope I don't have too.
