I trusted this office to fully handle my bankruptcy matter. After completion, unresolved issues surfaced. I raised concerns and requested clarification, but no one has contacted me back. Responsiveness and transparency are critical in matters like this, and my experience has been disappointing.

Susan who did not identify herself called with a major change in my case. When asking to schedule a time to speak with my attorney, she stated, “he will tell you the same thing”. That may be the case, however the expectation was to speak with an attorney not have an unprofessional conversation back n forth with SUSAN who never identified her role in my case.

Great job so far on our case. The office lady’s I have spoken to have been very friendly, timely, knowledgeable and professional! Mr. Dunn has been exceptionally supportive and very professional! Very quick to help us get the best outcome possible for our situation! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to share my personal experience … No issues with the lawyer just the legal assistant Jessica .. Filed chap 13 in 2019 after making on time payments and after finishing paying about$4,000 for the lawyer and the trustee fees was told in the middle of my bankruptcy I had to have this one dismissed because there supposedly where some things in my case that couldn’t be dismissed in the bankruptcy… The legal assistant waited until all of my bankruptcy fees where paid and all of a sudden she tells me this… So I did refile again because I needed the help so I ended up going through the process again and paid another 4,000 and trustee fees again … The legal assistant didn’t do her job in my opinion because she should have known that there where things that couldn’t be discharged before hand … she was in charge of my paperwork and looking over it … she never gave me an explanation of what couldn’t be discharged in the first case also there really was no change when filed the second time but the weekly amount coming out of my paycheck… Basically I paid over $8,000 for my chap 13 and that will never sit right with me… just be aware so this want happen to you if you decide to file in the future..

They really helped me get out of a bad situation that came up. They are very knowledgeable and they will explain everything to you so you can understand all that is being done and needs to get done. I would definitely Recommend.

O my very professional and very good in the work and handle your business with care and get on it right away I’m so glad I got with them never had no issues with them always kind and honest when I go in the office such friendly staff always keep a smile on there face and the place is very clean and neat and beautiful I just love it there never had no issues about anything when I call to ask questions they handle it right away with no hassle at all and get right back to me with my answer I love Stephen Dunn and his staff!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This man and his staff make the impossible happen. I’m in awe of how quickly and thoroughly they handled my situation. Mr Dunn definitely isn’t your run of the mill attorney. I would recommend him time and time again, without hesitation.

Things began very well, professional and prompt service. I’m a little over a year in and am still awaiting a response to a request I had in March 2021. Then asked again on 4/21/21. Still no response to my request so I am only left to assume the answer. Poor communication.

Office visits were cordial and professional. I was given clear details and all my questions were clearly answered.
