They took care of me when issues turned up during my five year repayment plan so that my case wasn't dismissed when I failed to make a few payments. A month after my case was dismissed, a collection agency tried to collect for one of the companies that failed to make a claim. I turned in that letter, and that issue was taken care of very quickly also.
