office is filthy - he relies on his secretaries to do legal research without the means of doing so. there were white eggs all over the basement where my desk was with a lopsided chair from the 60s there were spiders and mouse traps with decomposed mice in it. i wouldn't dare pick up a pen had it dropped on the floor. If you moved a box ( stored files from the 1980s) from floor or any large object (bookcase) run, there's a lot of breeding going on in there - so filthy dirty that I wouldn't dare to attempt to clean. need demolition and fumigation. Also, he's a hoarder - I would go to my vehicle to eat or drink my coffee. wouldn't dare even place food in the refrigerator - roach infested but he'll blame the tenants above lol - perhaps municipal court speeding ticket, he's okay but i would't go further.
