I would not recommend Stephen Bernat to represent any one in Indiana he does not know the laws he said I would get50%of my time if I would go to prison and the judge had to correct him said I would do 85% of my time and he said the judge would not send me to prison for a 4 degree felony if I sign a plee and the judge sentence me to 6 years so be very careful he lied to me

my legal case was complicated and delayed due to naively selecting inexperienced incompetent legal representation.
