I was bit by a dog. So I googled online and found some positive reviews about Steve. Basically I did nothing through the case. Steve got all things done. I really appreciate that.

After we were rear-ended by a large pickup truck on I-95 near Richmond, we found Stephen who was willing to help us with our case against the truck driver and his insurance company as well as our own insurance company. Several referrals to attorneys from friends were deadends as those attorneys handled workplace accidents, not vehicle accidents. Making it more difficult for us was we had moved from Arlington to Florida so all interaction was by phone and email; we saw Stephen only once at the first meeting. When he took over, we no longer had to deal with any insurance companies directly. Stephen handled our case extremely well. We did not know how long it takes for claims to move through the system. The accident was March 2015; it was closed August 2016. In 50+ years of driving, that was our first accident and hopefully the last. We do not know what we would have done without Stephen’s representation.

Steve Terpak represented me in a moving violation case. I was super impressed how he handled the entire process.
