Receptionist in Cincinnati hung up on me

Wish I could leave worse than a 2 - start rating. Jordan Schultz was my attorney - barely heard from him, chased after my own case for over a year, played middle man between him his team and the medical billing team and more. Finally gives my case to someone else who is just as much of a help as he was. (No help at all). I give up. I haven’t seen the money for my case or spoken to my attorney in who knows how long. Never ever choose them

I was very disappointed with my experience. I wasn't treated fairly. Semi trucks, especially coca cola semi trucks should always have a dash cam. My case was dismissed by coca cola and Jordan Schultz did not fight for me. There is a bank and gas station on both corners of the intersection of the accident. There could have been subpoena to pull Cameras. I wasn't getting the relief I needed from the accident chiro, and changed to a different chiro that was more beneficial to my healing. He was not concerned about my health, but more concerned about getting paid. This was a very bad experience. I will never use this firm again.

I have not heard from this Law Office not one time. Every time I call the receptionist the responses underwhelming. I'm so ready to have them release their services so I can find a new law firm.

HIGHLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I wish I could leave a 0 star. My name is Mariah Walton, these lawyers first of all terrible communication throughout the process. Don’t ever trust a lawyer referred by the chiropractor they work today for the chiropractor best interest not their clients. Jordan did not do a fair negotiation for me with the chiropractor again it’s his preferred Chiro so instead of negotiating and getting a better deal he only did $400 off a $4,900 bill. Also as soon as I signed the settlement agreement he has been extremely rude. Wasn’t rude at all during the entire process just barely communicated I spoke with the front office lady more than I ever talked to him. Soon as I signed the agreement became extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. AGAIN WOULDNT RECOMMEND. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW ANY BETTER!!!!!

After almost 2 years I finally got a call back about my case only to be asked 2 questions pertaining to my insurance which they should of already had on file ! Subsequently a week later I got a call from the chiropractor and was told that my case was dropped by the attorneys and I owed a balance of 1700 dollars what a sham !!!
