I have used Sterling Employment in the past and recently needed legal advice again. Brian Farrar work with me this time around. He is very accessible and made the whole process alot less intimidating, even working with my accountant during the process. Can’t really speak for the quality of their work but I reached out about retaining them and never heard back one way or another. I have found in my personal experience that attorneys who don’t have their direct email or phone on their website are usually a waste of time and bad on the business side of things. Edit: it’s always exhausting when companies use some lame excuse like we don’t have a record of you. Yeah, that’s the problem. I called about possibly retaining you guys and no one called back. After being separated from my former employer in a company-wide layoff, I was informed that the company had decided not to honor a substantial part of my severance agreement.
