We heard that they delete bad/true reviews so hopefully this one stays up. Don’t hire them if you want your attorney to advocate for you. Uncaring, nonchalant, lazy, and non-responsive. Graham Williams, our attorney, actually told the *opposing attorney* that he was “dealing with a very agitated client”. We’re not sure if they were buds or not and not sure whose side he was on. Aren’t clients supposed to be “agitated” if they’re in litigation? And he told the opposing counsel that he had to “deal” with us. He couldn’t care less. Wanted to add proof of the screenshot of the email but no way to upload. GO ELSEWHERE.

Chelsea Cusimano dropped my case because she said I wasn’t suffering enough and she didn’t see the damages in my case since I was on workers comp. I guess if your case isn’t making news headlines then she isn’t interested… She asked me the client how much do I think my case is worth.. Shouldn't she know that if she is the lawyer I hired ?? I felt she really dropped the ball on my case and now I have no representation. I feel lost. Every case is important not just the ones that make news headlines. She basically just didn’t want to put any effort into my case it’s what I felt and how she made me feel. I wish she would’ve just told me from the beginning my case was too small for her and she has more important cases rather than getting my hopes up.
