I had a wonderful experience working with The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler on my personal injury case. From start to finish, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping me through a difficult process. We faced a lot of frustration dealing with an uncooperative car insurance company, but Daniella Hohman went above and beyond to keep everything on track. She was always prompt in her responses, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the case. Thanks to her hard work and attention to detail, my settlement was handled smoothly and successfully. I was referred to this attorney’s office through my chiropractor after my car accident in Dec 2022. They have been wonderful, referring me to doctors and working with me closely. They’ve been supportive and very thorough with everything, taking their time to answer my questions and work with me. Yes, communication can be long between, but that is because they are collecting the information needed for a settlement and/or lawsuit. They worked closely with my insurance and reached an agreement with them to almost double their settlement offerings. This was also done super quickly and efficiently. Thank you, specifically to Michele, for being extremely helpful during this entire process. Here’s to hopefully never needing a lawyer again, but if I ever do, I’ll be going right back to Heisler!

Unprofessional staff intake dismissive rude unprofessional dismissive talking over the top had someone scream in the phone to get off phone so low class and unprofessional she the intake claim would have Steven Heisler call back but I guarantee by her uncouth unprofessional rude behavior that won’t happen

by far the worst attorney office i ever dealt with… No communication what’s so ever unless you’re calling them. went months without speaking in regards to my case. so in 2025 i had to re open a case sadly…… its still the same nothing new. yesterday i was sent an link email about an updated contact by Jenna cook. I was able to click the link and i was told that i had to download excel just to use it. I still couldn’t see anything. assuming that the link was legit as it looked so I called her the next day and was advised to not open the link somebody hacked her email…… I guess common sense is not too common, why didn’t you just send a mass email to all of your clients instead of waiting for each one to call because she doesn’t know who it was sent too. This is ridiculous

******UPDATE****** Mr. Heisler withdrew from representing me as of May 16, 2025. Despite my repeated attempts to contact his office—including calls and written requests—I have yet to receive the documents necessary to proceed with my new attorney. As of today, June 9, 2025, I still have not received my file. This ongoing lack of communication is unacceptable and is significantly hindering the progress of my case. ***initial review*** I hired Steve Heisler’s office shortly after my injury in February 2025. Initially, communication was excellent—fast and professional. However, since I completed therapy, that communication has drastically declined. I reached out for an update on April 24, and as of May 16, I have yet to receive any response. It’s very disappointing to experience such a long delay in communication, especially when timely updates are so important in legal matters. I expected the same level of responsiveness I received prior to becoming a client, and I hope this issue is addressed moving forward.

Mr. Heisler has a great firm and very dedicated to assisting their clients, and I genuinely appreciate him as my attorney at law
