Under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (VCPA), Mr. Krieger and Katarina helped me to recoup money from a contractor who caused tens of thousands in damage to our home, and whom we later discovered to be unlicensed. I was connected to this law firm thanks to my Worklife4you resource as I wanted to confirm if the will, living will, and power of attorney documents I generated years back using an online service were valid/enforceable. All Positive Reviews Are Misleading! Before you put your trust (and money) into this law firm, read Clause 16 in their contract. It includes a non-disparagement clause that prohibits clients from leaving negative reviews—even if those reviews are completely honest. That means if someone has a poor experience, they’re legally bound to stay silent—or face threats of legal action if they speak up. This tactic paints a misleading picture of the firm's reputation. The positive reviews you're seeing is not because everyone had an amazing experience—but because negative ones are against the contract you will sign!
