Absolutely the worst representation you could get. I was booked in on a fictitious charge and when I asked to have it addressed, was told it's not his problem. Anyone in his office is just the same

Very considerate and kept in contact with me, Any questions I had were asked and I didn’t feel ignored or like my situation was out of my hands. Very happy with how my situation played out :)

HD is a great lawyer. I've had the chance to observe him in court for years and he is always respectful and prepared. He is a talented advocate who gets great results for his clients.

Gailey was beyond terrible. Almost to many things to mention. He did me more harm than good as a public defender in a misdemeanor case. Didn't take my calls for 5 weeks because it might have made him work. RUN!I I heard the same from others while in Utah County awaiting trial. was beyond terrible. Almost to many things to mention. HD Gailey is absolutely someone you want in your corner. He's a straight shooter and knows what he's doing. If he feels like you have another option, he will point you in the right direction instead of taking your money and as a single mom i can't tell you how much I appreciate that kind of integrity. Thank you, HD!

Absolutely the most disrespectful attorney I have ever met or seen in my life he's definitely got his own opinions on things and that's all he fights for is his opinion not your best interest. If I could I would give zero stars if it was possible absolutely would never recommend!!!!

He's a great attorney and he's realistic about what to expect. Plus, he is a nice guy which helps when dealing with a stressful situation. Furthermore, he is very reasonable with his pricing and will allow payments for the amount after the retainer.

I’ve been struggling with whether I should write this, but I feel I should. 3 years ago, I was friends with a mentally disturbed woman. She abruptly ended the relationship and I had a panic attack that I didn’t handle well. It resulted in me being charged. The case should have and could have easily been dismissed, but HD defended me very weakly. He will say that he did his best, however, a witness was in the room and witnessed HD fumble representation of me. The alleged victim gave a libelous testimony of events about me. I urged HD to rebut her or say that I disagree with her version of events. Instead, HD chose not to say anything. I plead guilty because HD had manipulated me into thinking that I couldn’t win at all. However, studying the Utah law, I don’t see how my intent could have fallen into that law. I sincerely regret pleading guilty. HD’s junior attorney ended up getting my misdemeanor reduced to the most simple misdemeanor. However, the damage is done. I wanted to write this to inform people about my experience

Gave up instantly.. Could have it leash tried to come up with something but nope.. Wouldn't even try to help.. Communication was trash.. Probably why he's a Public Defender!! Pretty sure he works for Judge Reed in orem justice court.. Worst lawyer I've never seen..

Mitch Robinson represented me for almost 3 years either pro Bono or for the meager sum the state pay public defenders. I was charged with a crime that I knew I had not committed but there were lying witnesses so it was a complicated case and he never doubted me. The prosecutor offered me jail time and so I decided to take it to trial. The day before the trial Mitch spoke to the prosecuter for like the 10th time and the charge was dismissed. I went from being worried sick to total relief. With tears of gratitude I am so grateful to Mitch Robinson. Great Person, Great Attorney. Thank you Mitch, doesn't feel like enough. Sincerely, Brian Rife

Amazing public defender. He will hear you out and help you out, if possible. I honestly wasn't expecting the results that he delivered to be as good. 👍🏼

Mr. Gailey has been great to work with! I have needed his help a couple of times and he has gone above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed. I highly recommend him.

Had lawyer Bailey as criminal defender. His staff monitors all calls emails and faxes in a timely manner and are certainly helpful. Mr.Bailey certainly is at home in the courtroom. He works seemlessly between judges, clients, and other attorneys, likely a function of his experience and familiarity w the law. I highly recommend he and his team to you, confidently.
