Great experience with this firm! I came to them for their Registered Agent service for my side business. Super knowledgeable and helpful, clearly passionate about supporting people, and kept everything super easy and low-maintenance on my end. The only reason I stopped working with them (after two years) was I stopped running my side business, so no longer needed their services. But if I ever do a business again, I'll certainly be going back to them! 10/10 recommend.

I became a client of this firm after contacting dozens of attorneys in the Portland area for assistance with a complex case involving my landlord and striking out. Within a few days, Michael himself reached out to me and was very attentive and assigned an attorney to assist me, which was incredibly helpful after months of trying to get assistance. The attorney he put me in contact with, Kathryn Pfeil, has gone above and beyond to help me with not just my primary case, but an issue that arose with my next landlord as well. She is excellent at explaining what your rights are in easy to understand language (which can be very confusing for someone who isn’t a lawyer!) and has kept me up to date every step of the way. She is also great at foreseeing potential problems and loopholes and working to combat the issues, which is much appreciated. Finally, she is a truly kind and empathetic person and having a lawyer that not only is incredibly knowledgeable but on my side has helped put me at ease. Thanks to her, I will hopefully be successful in bringing both of my cases to a positive conclusion. Wow, I'm not sure where to start. I would start by saying having Stevens and Legal represent me as my lawyer has been one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Michael and Katherine worked hand in hand to assist me with my personal injury claim and even my malpractice claim. Beforehand, I hired a different attorney but unfortunately that attorney did horrible work on my personal injury claim but Michael and Katherine turned that around for me. They were there for any questions I may have about my case and they never fail to inform me of any updates they've obtain. I really couldn't have asked for a better lawyer and that's why I recommend you hire Stevens and Legal for your legal matters. I promise you, you will not be disappointed in their work. If you're looking for an attorney that's punctual, honest, trustworthy, and caring, Stevens and Legal is the place to be! I don’t understand why I keep getting demands from an attorney who constantly changes their fee amount when I’ve never made any sort of deal or arrangement with her. I feel I’m being harassed for my money. I’ve already refused the demands and I figured something would have been filed by now but instead I keep getting new demands with the fee amount increased. I can and have always respected my opposing attorney even when I’ve lost as I understand they are simply doing their job. My responses here are consistently ignored while I have never ignored anything addressed to me. I had someone damage property and even with video evidence and a witness they still deny my accusations? I don’t agree with the type of people you stand for and that you don’t even try to make some agreement with a losing case. Feels very unethical. Things have been extremely dragged out due to COVID-19 and I feel it is being taken advantage of as I had my property damaged but I’m having to pay for it because I can’t get a court date with everything closed. Also I will note that the consistent spelling errors in the emailed responses come off as unprofessional as some responses have been completely ineligible. I hope going forward I never cross paths with that attorney again, that aside, I still wish her good fortune in her career as an attorney. If anyone from the firm reads this, I highly appreciate that and thank them for taking the time to do so.

I worked with Michael previously for over a year, and he has been my registered agent for an additional year, now. He helped me straighten out my business registration when I decided to go LLC, after I had already registered my name as an ABN. Oops. He also gave me a brief crash course in the existence of "business credit." Any time I have emailed him, I received a response within hours, sometimes minutes. He was extremely easy to work with as a coworker before I started my business, and he has been extremely easy to work with as my RA. His pricing for being an RA is so cheap compared to other business expenses, and it has given me peace of mind I have this little attorney angel watching over incoming mail and deadlines for renewal.
