Eli was more then just a lawyer. He truly cared about my health. There were times that he called just to see how my recovery was going. As the suit went through the various stages, he was methodical about keeping me informed. During depositions and mediations, he was always prepared and organized. His remarks were well thought and always had my best interest at heart. I was actually sad when the suit ended as we will not be connecting as often as we were.

I was hit by a car on my bike in March, which broke my collarbone. I didn't have insurance so I was taken to Jackson for treatment. Eli forced GEICO to pay out the driver's full PIP -- they wanted to assign me 30% of the blame but they backed down after one strongly worded letter. Ultimately he got me a modest payout plus some money for my smashed bike, and he got Jackson to waive the remaining medical bills that the PIP didn't cover! All this was done over several months, not knowing if he would be paid at all. I really recommend calling Eli if you are involved in a bicycle crash, he's the expert in Miami.
