Complete lack of humanity. Never felt more lack of compassion. Made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The lack of attention to detail was shocking and hurtful at times. Would NOT recommend.

Robin is the best as a professional, person and knowledgeable individual. She handled my legal requirements expeditiously and made sure that I understood everything clearly. She deserves 10 stars.

I've employed the services of James Stilwell on a number of occasions over the years ranging from estate planning, commercial lease negotiation, lawsuit representation, and probating of a loved one's will, and every time I have felt well represented and well served. It's comforting, especially in some of the more difficult times of life, to know you have competent representation. Mr Steven Earl stepped in and saved the day in the last possible moment that my two year nightmare probate case could have been salvaged.. my case had been severely mishandled by a different law firm and I was forced to terminate said council with no time to spare to save a home that was left to me by my father. Luckily I was referred to this office by another attorney who was too busy to take on the case but Mr Earl An Heather and their team were super stars.. They navigated through the chaos created by the former attorney and the opposing council and brought closure to this very costly and upsetting ordeal. I cannot not recommend this attorney Steven Earl enough.

Steve Earl and I went to Texas A&M together. Steve and I ran a club together and even back then he was smart, honest, and forthright. If Steve said he was going to do something he did it. I feel lucky I have someone like Steve I can trust.

James Stilwell is one of the best in his field yet he is humble and well mannered, which is more than I can say for many in his profession. I spent over 20 years as a leader in the business of oil and gas exploration and production and another 20 years building and selling companies where I was involved with many attorneys in multiple roles, so I have some basis for my opinion. James is intelligent, well disciplined, and deliberate. He listens well and is responsive to his clients needs.
