David and his team did a phenomenal job in helping my wife and I with our wills. It was something we always put off because of the thought behind the topic, but it was a very easy and succinct process. We are very happy to have found this firm and team.

He’s not a good lawyer. His office are rude people. Save your money, he would charge you for everything - find a good lawyer that has your best interests.

10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend he was paid 3,800$ in cash to do my divorce and child support .. fast forward a year no child support was mentioned in my divorce judgement.. so my ex only had to pay while we went through the divorce from feb- till that October ! My kids are 7 and 9 and you didn’t think to mention child support in the divorce judgement?!? Won’t return my Calls on this matter but sends me my outstanding bill!

I was initially drawn to Stimpson & Associates while researching online for an attorney to complete a trust. Stimpson offers a “Wills for Warriors” program at a certain time during the year that caught my eye. I just happened to have called them at the right time and it saved me some bucks. Stimpson & Associates helped with my divorce years ago. David and staff handled my case efficiently and with great results. I later had their office write up my will, again very efficient. Making sure everything is covered. I highly suggest them if you have a need for legal help, this is definitely the people to have in your corner.

I was disappointed in this law office! Granite it was COVID time but I never saw my lawyer once in person... We spoke on the phone and I did see her at a court hearing on a computer. The office staff was pleasant on the phone.... After they racked up $8,000 and the day before our court date I get a call recommending not to go forward. It was a family matter My brother David B did not Go by my mother's will and wishes... Evidently he thought ahead and put his name on all my mother's assets which entitles him to her assets that were supposed to be split three ways. That did not happen! The law office did get my mother's bank accounts so I could see every transaction and I did write down to $250 in salmon . Retaining a lawyer please make sure you make it clear what you're looking to do.
