I stepped into Stock, Carlson,& Associates LLC. 7 years ago. I started with John Stock whom was introduced by a friend who turns out only thinking with his head below his belt. John showed very nice at beginning. Then I found out he's the worst of the worst attorney and useless in all senses. Also he charged me even for reading his email to me when he was the one asked me to talk in his office. John charged very high compared to other attorneys in the office. He is also the cheapest person in the office because he will Not upgrade office equipments

Attorney Stock was very informative concerning a mechanic's lean

John Stock was referred by DuPage Bar and totally agree with some of the comments. He charges unfairly and makes you feel you could do a better job, and makes you question if you were represented correctly. I could go on but ultimately, would NOT recommend at all.

We needed a lawyer within 24 hours for an eviction. I called DuPage Bar Association. I was given Attorney John Stock's name. We were able to meet with him with a short notice. His secretary is excellent, she is courteous friendly and takes care of business in a timely manner. Mr stock is friendly, knowledgeable with over 36 years of experience. He is very easy to work with. He gives you good advice. His office is just opposite to the courthouse which is a plus. Another thing I liked about their business is telephone is answered promptly and you are not put on hold too long. I would recommend their practice to my family and friends.

In my 50 plus years of business activities I have had the unfortunate impress of the juridical process touch many aspects of my life, from divorce, bankruptcy, real estate development projects that went south, and criminal prosecution. So, I have had a lot of experience in dealing with attorneys. Frankly, I despise attorneys, because of their intolerable know it all condescending disposition! However, I must tell you that John Stock is an exception to my gross characterization. I have known John for over 16 years, and he has provided me with excellent legal advise during this time and performed beyond expectations in the courtroom. His diligence is thorough, compassionate, and empathetic. He exercises prudence, fortitude, courage, and shows fairness, not only, for his client, but also for the opposing party. I have learned a lot from him and he has become a dear friend in the truest Aristotelian sense of a friend and that is absolute unconditional friendship. I recommend John as your attorney and I know that he will treat you with the same professional and convivial demeanor as he has treated me. I cannot say enough good things about him. He exemplifies what a great attorney ought to be in this chaotic world of cancel culture and leftism dogma. Retain him, for peace of mind during your next legal battle!

You will receive unprofessional and rude service. This lawyer will take your money and do absolutely nothing but waste your time
