I had a great experience working with this law firm on a construction matter. They helped me navigate a situation that could have turned into a lawsuit, and resolved it quickly and effectively. Their communication throughout the process was excellent—I always knew what was going on and felt well-informed. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with construction law issues.

This firm advertises on its website as one of Knoxville's top employment law providers since 1999 and includes specific practice areas such as contract law, non-competes, and tort law. When I called them to schedule a consultation for my organization, they informed me they didn't practice that type of law. When I called back to ask why it was on their website, they stated the website had out-of-date info on it, and the attorneys who used to do employment law no longer worked there. Unfortunately, they list 7 of their 8 total attorneys as "our employment attorneys" in the same section of the website, including those whose names are on the firm's website. The more I talked with them, the more I felt they were being dishonest with me, but I couldn't get straight answers from them. Based on these interactions as a potential client wanting to meet with them, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
