I highly recommend Josh and his law firm! I’ve went through Josh a couple times and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience from him! He’s always my go to and will definitely go through his law firm in the future! Dont waste your time going through a huge law firm that doesn’t really care about you, go through stoll and you’ll be taken care of (: he’s very nice, patient , he communicates very well and cares about his clients!

I highly recommend this law firm. Josh actually cares about your health and well-being. He is responsive on communication and great with follow-up. He provides clarity throughout the process and helps you really understand the legal documents. I did not want to litigate my case and opted to settle instead despite the low ball settlement offer. Josh perservered and was able to get the offer increased. Additionally, due to the low offer, Josh reduced his fee to ensure there was enough for coverage of my medical bills and that I could pocket some money. This speaks mountains about the care he shows to his clients. He is a great lawyer who is personable, hard working, and trustworthy. Again, I highly recommend this law firm.

Before I chose Stoll Law Firm, I researched advertised personal injury firms (Sawaya, Frank Azar and Bachus & Shanker), looked up each in the Denver Bar and read reviews. Most reviews (95%) were from dissatisfied clients. Big settlements advertised on TV and radio by the aforementioned are false. When I read reviews from Stoll Law Firm I felt confident my automotive case would be handled appropriately, so I scheduled a consultation. His firm is located in North Denver which is perfect (the others are located in Englewood, Centennial or DTC). I am glad I chose his firm. Josh Stoll has been my Personal Injury Attorney for 3 years. I have been to him multiple times for several auto accidents and he has helped me get the treatment and money I deserve. He is very dedicated in helping others. I had an incident in 2017 that involved me on a razor scooter getting hit by an SUV that caused me to have multiple ankle surgeries. I wasn’t sure I would have a case since I wasn’t in a vehicle but he still made it happen. I love that he gained my trust to form a professional relationship with myself and other clients/relatives I recommended him to.
