Not the greatest when it comes to communication or getting your Case settled. I had a case that was over four years old and they still haven’t resolved it yet because they don’t know who’s in charge there. Is it the secretary that’s not able to pass a message or is it the actual attorney Who doesn’t return the phone call. The communication is really bad. Bruce Junior has already been reported to the Iowa state bar Association. I do not recommend this firm. They are terrible.

I was in great need for legal help but I was out of the country tending to my family’s needs. John was so good to me and even with a language barrier he helped me through this crisis. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

I was so happy to have found this firm. John was amazing and so was Lou. If I couldn't come to the office, they would come to me. I was having medical issues and they stayed by my side and actually cared about me and what I was going through. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone and everyone. John is a complete liar told me he had a death in the family and never sent me the paperwork refused to call back. That's a complete lie because it doesn't take a year to respond back to me

Fees were taken out of my proceeds that I did not understand apparently when I signed a contract with him. But be careful and ask for clarification, because I ended up having to pay his legal assistant hourly rate on top of the 40% he took from my proceeds. To me, that should be part of the 40% he is already getting. I did not think that was right. After he got his money he was rude and did not respond very timely to my emails. My case drug out a lot longer than it should have and I felt he had too many things going on at once to focus on my case, like my case was always on the back burner. Just not a good experience and will not recommend in the future.

This firm is a joke! Do Not use them for anything if you expect to get a dime! Gave them a open and shut case and 4 years later nothing and as far as Jr or Sr they both are incompetent!

I think when a lawyer tells you he will take a case and then bow out is a firm that needs to be shut down I thought I had protection and received a call saying have to bow out DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM MY ADVICE!!!! NO STAR AT ALL. Had to pick 1 star to get message up

Worst lawyer I’ve ever had! He takes way too long getting things done and NEVER gets back to me. This is extremely disappointing considering they made it very convincing they were going to help me.

Accident Claim, a very long and drawn out process but John Stoltze at Stoltze & Stoltze, PLC did a great job for us. Very happy with his guidance through the process.
