We are very proud and happy we were able to secure a healthy settlement for you on your insurance claim dispute. We wish the red tape the insurance companies and mortgage companies make us jump through to receive the settlement award did not exist, but unfortunately, it does. We can't recall the last time we received a negative review but we understand your frustration. We have high expectations over here as well and the insurance carriers put up multiple obstacles to prevent us from doing our job. We understand you felt frustrated during the process. Insurance claims, especially those involving appraisals, mortgage companies, and settlement checks, often involve third-party requirements and delays that are outside of our control. The system is set up like that to prevent insureds like you from pursuing the benefits they are owed. Some things we could control, others we could not. We did our part but we also understand how stressful this process can feel and appreciate the opportunity to assist, even when timelines don’t align with expectations.
