Was referred here by MetLife legal as one that is in their network... This legal group told us we had to pay up front and when MetLife sent them payment we would be reimbursed... Beyond our better judgement and the fact that we needed the Power of Attorney done right away, we used them. Now we can't get a hold of them at all. Even though MetLife has said payment has been sent!!! Some how these people can't read their own contracts, so I would no longer recommend them to help you with any of yours!!! Please stay away!!! If you have prepaid legal or not!!! Do not use!!! It is now my understanding they have been removed from the MetLife legal because of this action. So try again... If they can't read their own contracts don't trust them with yours!!!

Was referred by my legal plan at work. When I called, Ralph was super rude when he answered the phone. He didn't even want to talk to me and was trying to get me off the phone. I definitely would not recommend him to anyone.

Excellent attorney's

The worse experience ever. Ralph speaks down to you as if you are inferior to him and he probably assumes that since he has a law degree he is superior to you. I am sorry but when you promise to send a letter by the end of the day on three different occasions and it never arrives, I do have a right to follow up without getting lectured by this joker.

When already worried about issues legally, getting talked down to is not the best beginning. Avoid this law firm.
