Lazy, incompetent, disorganized, overtly proud, entitled, gossips, lacks respect for her peers or clients, lacks moral compass. She's too disorganized to be able to afford you any concrete representation. Her word stands for nothing.

Stephanie was the most unprofessional mediator I could ever ask for, Not only did she act as the she was a councilor she also tried pushing medical advice on my ex wife and myself. To top everything off she decided go completely go against my wishes and all of our previous agreements and put me and my ex wife in the same room with absolutely no warning. My best advice is to completely stay away with from her and this whole law firm so you don’t have to go through the same aggravation and disrespect

It’s quite unfortunate how these previous reviews submitted 5 stars where I wouldn’t be able to give the same feedback. Stephanie took our case and it may have been more of a mild case in her workload so it felt like we weren’t being taken care of. With our second meditation, that had to be rescheduled because her assistant double booked her so I was understanding, she didn’t end up providing updated documents so that I was able to file with the court. I now have to start over and look elsewhere for a different mediator because I contacted her 5 times requesting updated documents that weren’t received. It’s very disappointing as I feel this was very unorganized and even after her apologizing for a delay of sending documents, she still didn’t send them over.

Quick minded and tenacious. So glad she was on OUR side. She won a case for our grandson. Thank you counsellor.

I highly recommend Stephanie Stout. As a mediator, she stayed in her lane. I appreciated her diligently pursuing agreements between both parties even though a full agreement wasn't made.

Took my money on retainer and Ghosted me. Never completed my case. Would not call me back or email me back! I called amd emailed multiple times. Nothing! I had to give one star because it wouldnt let me give less otherwise I would have given zero stars.

Stephanie is the absolute worst attorney of all attorneys. She represents my son Eric Maxwell who has sat in county jail for 8 long months now on charges that could have easily been dropped since day 1 . She has said there is deals on the table and yet, nobody has heard about these so called deals except for her. She does not communicate with Eric, or return my calls or anyone else's , her secretary is just as useless as she is as well. It's like this case is just not important at all so why bother. And she picks and chooses who is important or not and if you're one of the NOT IMPORTANT ones, oh she will definitely let you know. No communication, no honesty, no doing any research, and no justice for my son who is missing holidays, birthdays and days of being involved with his 2 small sons and helping his family. She deserves -5 stars. She should just give up on his case and let someone else with some backbone do her freaking job. Worthless p.o.s."attorney"
