Someone by the name Sam Douthit . Keeps emailing me about the At&t class action suit and I continuously keep informing this individual that the date in question. I never received anything, yet I filed my information accordingly and I keep receiving a bunch of bogus emails. I want to make sure it's not a scam. Sam Douthit hasn't even left a phone number. Including the fact I replied weeks ago instantly. This Douthit person also kept referring to someone named Kroll.

There was a problem with a Class Action Lawsuit that was not the fault of this firm and Mr. Wells reached out to me and promptly corrected the issue with the settlement administrator. I very much appreciate the concern they showed and their prompt attention to the matter.

I cannot recommend Attorney Nathan Martin from STRANCH, JENNINGS & GARVEY under any circumstances. In my opinion & experience, he has demonstrated a lack of professionalism. He initially informed me that I had a strong claim and that my case would be filed as a class action. However, during a recent phone conversation, he assured me that I would receive a draft of the demand letter within a few days for my review before it was sent to the opposing counsel. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. I reached out multiple times via email to inquire about the status of the demand letter, but my messages went unanswered. Today, May 31, 2025, I received a letter from Nathan Martin stating that he could no longer assist me with my case. I will be reporting him to the Tennessee Bar Association for his irresponsible, improper, and unethical behavior as an attorney.
