Not professional. Dealt with a rude staff member on the phone after they made an error (several times). Awful, awful experience. Would not recommend.

If you have a medical malpractice lawsuit, Do not go to this law firm. She will prevent you from suing a prefence of a Dr. Whom committed the malpractice!!!!
