Do not use this place! I hired them to represent me in my custody battle in which my ex was withholding my son and wasted all my time and money on an unenforceable order. They initially charged her with custodial interference but when the prosecutor went to charge her, they said the parental order was unenforceable. Justin Stringfellow will tout his excellence and years of experience but all I received was an overpriced piece of paper good for absolutely nothing. Stay away and spend your money on a company who can follow through on their promises and produce court binding legal results.

Stay away from him. He never came prepared. He is just playing by the ear. Every time I had to remind him the same details about the case. And he is overcharging for his time.

I could write a book about my custody journey over the last few years. Justin (Barbara and Loyola) made time for me whenever I needed it and trust me I needed it. We ended up getting everything I asked for (after over two years) from day one. The way he strategized and how he handled each individual topic was something I had to trust. We even LET the other side think they won a little so they felt good about something. I have already recommended Justin to two other people for their custody case. I’m still in communication as it feels like the little things will never end. Without Justin I would not have won the war and the majority of the battles. I don’t know what I would have done without his knowledge and expertise. I hope he stays in practice and away from retirement for a long time. I went to Justin with a complicated custody case and he seemed to have a good solution to my case and felt confident about it. After hiring justin i only talked to him on the phone a few times, his paralegal talked to me the majority. We had a evaluator for our case and justin did not prepare or prep me for my meetings with the evaluator. When mediation came around i wanted to sit down with justin and go through some tactics and his paralegal said i would have plenty of time to do that the day of mediation. (Which never happened) In mediation justin did nothing. He sat back and didnt say a word. I actually ended up losing time with my daughter. I spent thousands of dollars cause justin made it sound like he was going to fight and instead he ended up folding. I would never recommend Justin to anyone.
