I worked with Melanie for almost three years and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to have to help me threw the process of everything she is very up front and helps you understand everything that is going on. My wife and I were involved in a rear-end collision in August, 2023. The car was destroyed several times over, and we could have been killed, but miraculously our injuries were not life-threatening . Ray Kahler, of the Stritmatter Firm, agreed to represent us, and he devoted the same level of attention to our case as he would to a case that was worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ray was most helpful in identifying soft-tissue injuries that can develop months after an accident. In particular, he noted that my carpal tunnel injury, which turned up months after the collision, was likely caused by the hyper extension of my wrist when my hand grabbed the door handle at the moment of impact. I am a university professor, and before retiring, I taught legal ethics at the University of San Diego for more than twenty years. One of the ethical maxims I stressed with my students was the importance of client centered representation. Mr. Kahler fulfilled this maxim to a T. He discussed every aspect of our case with me and my wife, and he gave excellent advice born of years of legal practice. I recommend Ray Kahler without qualification.

Our experience with this firm and the attorneys that worked with us was amazing. They understood how sensitive and private our situation was to us. The legal process can be cold and drawn out. The years these people put into our case will never be forgotten. We never felt like a number or case file. We were treated with respect and dignity through the entire process. Our questions were always answered quickly and with detailed explanation. When we would get frustrated and feeling defeated, they continued to work to protect us. Hours and hours of research were put in to give us the best possible outcome. This did not go unnoticed by us and we will forever be grateful for each person who gave of themselves in so many ways to give us the protection we could not provide to ourselves. We learned so much about the legal system that we did not know. The most disturbing part of this process is the knowledge that other legal counsel can lie, manipulate the evidence and be just plain disrespectful.
