I gave three stars only because Joetta was absolutely amazing while I had the luck to work with her for the short time I did. I felt confident, comfortable and the communication was outstanding! I was beyond impressed with her service, knowledge and availability. The three stars were lost due to the attorney who took over once Ms. Joetta passed. My case wasn't familiar as he never took any time to go over it. He continuously interrupted me whenever I would attempt to explain anything and I felt as if I wasn't being heard or in control of anything. I always had to call to see where the process was at, he always seemed annoyed with me and made me feel I was a waste of his time. His assistant or secretary answering the phones had more knowledge and spent more time on the phone with me! When my hearing occurred, he didn't prep me well, the questions asked were not what he told me. When the judge asked him questions he was fumbling through paperwork sounding unorganized. He didn't stand up for me against the doctor saying I would be able to work certain jobs and to no surprise I lost.

I like the greeting they gave to me on the phone and in person and they helped with all of my questions about my case, that I had known clue about the questions of what they were asking about.
