If I could give minus 1 stars I would. I payed so that they can make me a contract for my company (In my opinion the price was very expensive for what they did). First of all the title in the contract was wrong, they spelled wrong the name of my company and lacked information, I asked them to change it and they send it back wrong again and again. There were more mistakes in the document and I realize it was a copy of another contract from a different company. It was not what I ask for, after trying to communicate with them and not getting an answer I decide to do it myself. Lack of professionalism and seriousness on what they do.

Absolute crooks, they’ve been harassing my family’s business non-stop for the last 4 years over a claim that the IRS has directly disproven with tax documentation. Definitely stay away from these people

Did work for this firm and was promised payment. 18 months trying to collect and they ghosted me. Don't believe them if they promise you anything without getting an extensive contract.

This law firm was hired to reach out to me for mistakes they made during etc filings as my accountant sent them instructions on what the company needed to to to fix the situation all they keep doing is sending me nasty e mails as the company the filed etc for me did it wrong and will not fix what they had done they are demanding payment for wrong doing . Seems they do not see where there clients are in the wrong and need to fix the situation I have asked for all files they had and still not gotten them and no one has even tried to fixed what was filed wrong

Found a new level of unprofessionalism with this firm. They rushed to understand a situation and gave false council, then when it was restated a few days later when the actual law was verified with another legal practitioner they made sure to state it was a misunderstanding caused by us, almost like a child saying it’s not me. Anyway the false law presented to the family set everyone’s emotions off and while the lawyer admitted the mistake he canceled the meeting where he agreed to review the accurate info to the family. So we are several steps backwards now and it felt like a better call Saul situation.

These guys were able to solve an ongoing legal issue in just a few days that another lawyer had been working on for months. They were responsive, effective, efficient, and let us know what was going on every step of the way.
