My experience with Rhonda Stuart is with her serving as the Guardian Ad Litem in Lake County, IL. She does not follow ths guidelines for GAL's in Illinois. She makes up her own rules as she goes along. She stated with conviction under oath that I said she was biased in one of the hearings. I had never spoken in a hearing. It is shameful when an officer of the court can't be trusted to be honest.
