When I contacted Stacey I had no idea of how to go about the process, she walked me through the steps clearly and concisely in layman terms so i could understand. Beware. This must be the rudest law firm in Boston. They have no interest in you: just in whether your case will bring them enough money to make a return call worthwhile. You call and leave your story with some receptionist who answers the phone. If they think you have an easy case to win with enough money to make the case worth taking, a lawyer will call you back. If not, you aren’t even worth a callback from the receptionist for a turndown.

Through 5 surgeries and over 5 years Ben Zimmerman has been the most thorough and patient attorney, through a very difficult case, not to mention a very difficult period in my life. He is so knowledgeable, resourceful and up-to-date on union contracts and law. He always responded to questions, emails, phone calls and I actually consider him more than a lawyer. I called this place because I was referred I was very hopeful . I got a call today from Neil sugarmen and I gotta say it was the most pathetic call I’ve ever had, probably the most cold hearted person I’ve ever talked to . If you are going through a malpractice case and are looking for a not only just a lawyer but a lawyer with a little more empathy and respect then this is not the place to go to .
