A year ago, my life was flipped upside down. I never thought I’d be in such a situation where I would need a lawyer. Nice people but not a fan. Communications poor and not timely, ex: requested a discussion ref pre trail three weeks prior but discussion didn’t occur until day prior. Over all I didn’t feel a ton of support.

I unfortunetely had to use the services of lawyer. I called Lloyd Suhr and he helped me again. I now have had to false accusations against me and Lloyd helped me through both one one sealed a year ago and now this one never went to trial. It was dismissed after 3 months of crap. Cops, judges, prosecutors are all in getting you to jail innocence has nothing to do with it. Dont talk to the cops and call Lloyd he is a shark and I certain people are afraid of him because he will not rest until you are clear of charges. I am innocent so maybe my situation was easier because it was bull crap. Doesnt matter just to hear prosecutors and others are afraid of him tell you all you need to know. Dont waste your time with others just call him. Seriously he could charge triple what he charges and he would be worth every penny. He is a good and decent man and a better lawyer. He will always be my lawyer for anything i will call him first.

Had some of the worst counsel I've ever seen. Forgetting to turn things in on time. Forgetting to tell me about information that was very important in which affected my situation in a negative way. If you want someone to work hard and fight for you this is not the place unless you have an abundance of money. Kayla was a lackluster representative and both the higher ups, one being Lloyd, was very rude if they ever answered a call for me. They had inside knowledge of my case that they didn't have a part of and would criticize me on the phone when they weren't involved. Once again, if you don't have money this company will not represent you to their fullest. Kayla agreed to be my lawyer then told me she wanted out of my case and got confirmed 2 days before the hearing. Absolutely horrific place to get counsel from. Rude, uneducated, threatening even when I didn't know the guys name he started threatening to take me to court because I called him dude. Very unprofessional and not caring. This is a money money money company

Absolute horrific experience, I have called this law firm several times about some litigation work. I spoke with a lawyer once , a nice paralegal who all were helpful. I was waiting for a call back. The call didn't come so I called I got Sunny, she was nice but when she looked up my record she became apprehensive and made it seem like I couldn't have the service I was calling the office and wanting to pay for. But I spoke with someone higher up, and at the same level before, they had no issues. So I didn't really care but Sunny wasn't helping me on the phone call until she could get " my record looked at" so on so forth. I politely tell her my past experience,who I spoke with in the office. I'm not worried about that, I would appreciate it she would stop steering the convo in that direction. Unneeded stress. This criticism seemed to provoke Sunny to mention the process more become even more unhelpful ,refusing to defuse. I asked to be transfered she refused , seemingly wanting to exasperate the situation instead of diffusing. Maybe Sunny is used to provoking people when receiving criticism but I do not appreciate it during my stressful day, and I know most people are above that class in there right mind as adults So I call back after 30 minutes and say hello, I don't get one in return. There is a loud angry male ( identified as one of the lawyers)screaming at me immediately, doesn't give me a chance to talk. Immediately threatens me with police I try to call his publicly listed business again. I am beyond confused. As a manager is customer service I'm well aware there is no circumstances to life that allow you to correctly respond with so much pure hostility..........Unless having the precious circumstances at the beginning of life that allow to be lawyer also allows you speak to people however which way you please......no it doesn't. I'm not sure what personal relationship Sunny and this lawyer might have that would cause such a emotional over reaction, but I wouldn't get in the middle of them. They are above criticism. I however do not care and will politely explain, you should coach your staff more efficient at gathering information, focus less on being affected after receiving a clear criticism. You are a law office the victims are calling the phone, not slightly offended because of a petty conversation.

Saved my life from a young age, I would probably not be here right now if they didn’t help me with my case. Great lawyers and staff.
