If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Definitely would not recommend Leticia Cruz. Very rude and unprofessional. Highly disappointed in how unhelpful she was.

This attorney Ryan Sullivan issued a false 60 day notice to my address. First issue there is an eviction ban in place, second an attorney cannot issue a 60 day notice to vacate property notice, it has to be done by the courts and with a court sealed stamp of approval, this notice had Ryan P Sullivan's stamp on it. Not to mention he put that I have a month-to-month tenancy with the landlord when I'm not even on a lease with him. I would imagine an attorney should know a bit more about the law then an average citizen like me. He must be lying to his clients if he thinks this is going to work, cuz he had to have this issued due to request of landlord, in which he should have advised client he had no legal obligation to do so. Don't trust him! Lieing is bad! If I could post a picture on here I would but reviews won't let me! I hope this saves someone from investing their time and money with him
