My experience wasn't great, I never spoke to my attorney, I have reached out several times to see about my case as it has been three months since the accident, and I never got to speak to my case manager or attorney over the phone. The communication is horrible, I called twice and left messages for a call back.. nothing. I sent an email 7 days ago, and still haven't gotten a response. I decided to move forward without them. Hopefully they will do better in the future, but the experience for was not good for me. I'm still in pain, have no idea what they have done, or where we were in the case. I'm done. I'm not angry, just disappointed that I wasted so much time and have no clue as to what exactly they were doing, or did.
