A few weeks ago, I was involved in a car accident just a few blocks away from home, right after returning from my child’s birthday vacation. While we were stopped at a red light, someone rear-ended our car. Shockingly, the driver didn’t say a single word of apology and was incredibly rude—even though it was clearly his fault and my wife, kids, and I were all in the car! We got into a heated argument, and long story short, we ended up contacting this law office. Steven, the attorney assigned to our case, was amazing from the very beginning. He was consistently proactive—calling and texting to keep us updated and pushing to resolve the case as quickly as possible. Our car was repaired promptly, and Steven also assured us that the personal injury claims would be processed as quickly as possible as well. My family and I are incredibly grateful to Steven and the entire team! If you’re reading my review—believe me—this law office is reliable and truly cares about helping their clients.

Overall very satisfied with the services provided would definitely recommend to someone in need. My case took over a year to be settled, got more than I thought I would! Thank you to everyone involved and a special shout out to LISSA, the ladies got God given patience. We were really hopeful when we hired this law firm, especially based on their website and a personal referral. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling disregarded and frustrated. One of the main reasons we chose this firm was the promise that clients would work directly with the attorney. That never happened—we never spoke to her, not even once. Communication was slow, disorganized, and at times completely nonexistent. Weeks would pass without any updates, and when a staff member was out sick, no one stepped in to keep us informed. Despite being included in all correspondence, I was consistently overlooked and only my husband received responses—even after I sent a direct email expressing our concerns and frustration. That message was completely ignored, and yet they managed to respond to him within 20 minutes. It felt dismissive and frankly, disrespectful. The replies we did receive were short, cold, and lacked any accountability. At one point, I was genuinely tempted to dispute the payment, because the service we received didn’t come close to what was promised—or what was paid for. As someone who has family in the legal field, I can say with confidence this was not handled professionally. Even the attorney who referred us was disappointed when we shared what happened and mentioned reconsidering future referrals. I truly hope other clients have a better experience, but sadly, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this firm based on ours. I hope this feedback helps them improve how they treat their clients.
