I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Suro Law Firm, and I am utterly disappointed with their abysmal response time and the lack of customer service demonstrated by David, one of their staff members. My entire interaction with the firm was nothing short of frustrating. First and foremost, the response time of the Suro Law Firm was shockingly slow. I initially reached out to them via email, seeking assistance with a legal matter. Despite clearly stating the urgency of my situation, it took them an excruciatingly long time to reply. I understand that law firms can be busy, but the lack of communication and failure to acknowledge my concerns in a timely manner were completely unacceptable. Furthermore, when I finally did receive a response, it was evident that David, the individual assigned to my case, had a complete disregard for customer service. His communication was curt, unhelpful, and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect from a professional. It seemed as though he couldn't be bothered to address my questions and concerns properly, providing vague and dismissive responses that left me feeling frustrated and ignored. Throughout the entire process, I had to constantly follow up and remind them of my situation, which only added to the growing frustration. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for my case made me question their competence and commitment to their clients. It was an incredibly disheartening experience, especially when dealing with legal matters that can have a significant impact on one's life. In conclusion, my experience with the Suro Law Firm was nothing short of abysmal. Their slow response time and David's lack of customer service were highly disappointing. I strongly advise anyone seeking legal assistance to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' concerns demonstrated by this firm is simply unacceptable. There are undoubtedly better alternatives available that will treat you with the respect and attention you deserve.

6/14/23 I have had the privilege of retaining and working with David Suro over the last year as he represented me in a long standing sensitive family issue I had to resolve. On a personal and professional level I could not recommend David for his excellent work more highly. I contracted with Mr. Suro regarding a personal injury claim. The insurance company of the person at fault was undervaluing the case. In the end, David got me a settlement that was over four times what the insurance initially offered. I was very satisfied with the settlement. David was great to deal with and he kept me current with the progress of the case at regular intervals. Once the insurance company settled, he had my check to me in less than a week. Highly recommend.

After meeting with other lawyers it wasn't until i reached out to David, that I knew I was going to get the help i was looking for. David represented me for my DUI. He was incredible from start to finish. I was extremely nervous to go to court and get my sentence. David took the time to meet with me for coffee well before my court time to help me calm down and realize this wasn't the end of the world. When he learned I already had a trip to Costa Rica booked when I got the DUI he made sure that I wasn't sentenced until after that trip (just in case my travel would have been impeded). He was extremely dedicated to getting the best result for my situation. Highly recommended.

David was very upfront and fair. He took care of everything fast and made an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend him.

I interviewed some of the top name attorneys in Denver to represent me on a very complicated DUI case. I knew immediately after sitting down with Dave that he was the man to entrust with my case. As an owner of a construction company, my truck is my office, and the possibility of losing my license and my income was very real. Dave met and exceeded my highest expectations. He either personally answered all calls, or would return the message same day. As a business owner myself, I know that is much easier said than done. I even received copies of briefs he was working on late Friday nights, in my inbox waiting for me first thing Saturday morning. Impressive to say the least. It was obvious in our courtroom dealings that he was known, well connected, and respected by the judge. I once dealt with another defense attorney in the past, and the experience was terrible. As a matter of fact, it was a complete ripoff and for a time the experience made me despise all attorneys. You don't have to ask around much to hear horror stories about lawyers.
