Susan's patience, confident expertise, professionalism, and caring are all phenomenal. Working through an adoption was a very emotionally trying time. I reached out to her for help for a very sensitive case. She was completely rude and disrespectful. She does not take her clients best interests, she just states that she is too busy. Would not recommend her at all.
